Whats up Siccness? First I want to thank all of yall for the opinions and love yall been showing us about the American Gangster Episode and for still holding Mac Dre down for so many years. The show was to focus more on what got us attention the most from the FEDS, which was the armed robberies and how Mac Dre was thrown into the mix of things due to our actions and his lyrical content. It was also to show the negative energy we had was channeled into positive energy through our music. There are hundreds, even thousands of Gangsters in America so for our story to hit a national program such as BET was a big platform to showcase our talent not just our crimes. Members of my crew are currently serving time, some even life, for murder, bank robberies, police shootouts, attempted murder, kidnapping and drug trafficing. We did not get in depth about our entire crew, as some of it could have been incriminating, we have homies fighting appeals, coming up for parole and trying to get their lives back on track. Everything we stated on American Gangster where things we were already convicted for or were known to be involved in. We weren't kingpins flying all over the world selling drugs but the local authorities had us pegged for moving kilos in the late 80's. I remember one instance where me and a few of my niggas were on the run for a murder charge which was later dropped. All these things will be showcased on the up-coming Romper Room Crew Movie. We've had broad daylight shootouts, police riots, did our time but changed our lives around. We made MILLIONS in the streets and MILLIONS in the music industry. These events are documented in one way or another and as of right now we are in the works of securing the Director for the film. Yall stay Cavvy, Stay keeping it lit for Mac Dre and we will continue to hold yall down as well. To the rest of the Gangsters of America stay about your business and only you know when its time to make a change in your life. A Gangster Doesn't Glorify Violence, Violence Glorifies A Gangster. -Da'unda'dogg...

What you don't get homie? It's about our lives in general, all the shit. Some youngsters who was trying to survive by any means. Can't say whats right or wrong for anyone else, but at the time we were participating in criminal activity it seemed right for US. All that sarcasm is meaningless. And isn't making millions in the streets illegally a reflection of a "Gangsta" in their criminal prime? The only thing to get about this movie is that it is a TRUE STORY about some black men who are or were trying to go from negative to positive. What you learn from it is up to you. So to answer your questions the answer is yes to both of them. Yes we changed our lives after making millions in the streets and Yes we were Gangsta in our criminal prime. Stay Cavvy homeboy. -Da'unda'dogg...

why would you assume sarcasm? In film there are period pieces and there are others that are based on the times from the beginning to the end (like if they did a film on Tookie from his childhood to his execution). So that is what I'm trying to get clear. But based on your answer it would seem that the movie is going to be more about what WAS going on at the time of the bank robberies ect. and not what IS CURRENTLY going on post the death of Mac Dre. You should Really read into the post before passing judgement. Good luck.
