not really. that mac dre verse was from his album mac dre's the name. the 2nd song gas break dippin.
Exactly..

On a completely unrelated note, Did you all know it was literally against the law to freestyle something, then turn around and re-write it, and use it as a verse on an album or mixtape?

I'm being dead serious here, you can get thrown in jail. $50,00 fine. They can even confiscate your dog, and drink the last cup of milk that you were saving for cereal on Saturday morning. Fucking cops.

My proof is personal experience!

A few years back, I had this tight freestyle that was recorded.....and after I played it back, I liked a few of the lines so much, I ended up putting them in a song.

Then the fucking cops come knocking at my door. You see, it's perfectly OK to pretend a song verse you wrote is a freestyle, but if you do it backwards = jail time. I ended up losing 3 months of my life to that shit. :(
