I feel that! Finals coming up. Doing another round of P90x (w/ diet plan this time) but instead of Plyo X, Yoga X, Kenpo X.. I'm gonna do some Insanity cardio instead.

Fitness goals:
I got a 50lbs kettlebell, and have been able to swing it 50 times (25 right hand and 25 left).. gonna try for 100 (sets of 10 with Left, right and both hands).

still working on the muscle ups and and single leg pistols.

tryna get 15 wide grip pull ups.

close my Captain of Crush 2 hand gripper (190 lbs to close).

Just bought a metolius hangboard, but gonna build a standalone to hold it up.. wanna work on my crimp grip for climbing harder routes when I go bouldering.

I've done 3 5k runs this year.. but there is a dope one in Oct called the warriors run. Plus I'm tryna get a chance to go to chicago for the Men's Health Urbanathlon obstacle course.

but I feel you, besides jesus, your health is the other thing that makes you, you. imma start boxin again this summer when i got break to get my cardio up and sharpen up my fade skills.

what do you do for diet? and do you take supplements. i use max protein after i get done hittin. then eat a bunch of fiber and protein and vitamin bars. trynnna stay young and solid

I'm just tryna be more healthy. I train sambo, bjj, boxing and small circle jujitsu.. but not into competition..more just for the knowledge.

Diet, just eat clean. Usually avoid meat, just do the vegan/veggie/soy stuff. I use Endurox R4.. its a recovery drink that runners use. Different formula that other recovery drinks. I do put a tiny bit of protein in there too.

Since my goals arent really about size, I try to avoid anything to bulk up. I'm for strength and conditioning. P90x got alot of weight stuff,but, I liked what I got outta it last time and wanna do it again. I had alot of fun with the routine... never got into pull ups, but now, I do them daily (recon ron pull up routine).

-grip training-sledgehammer finger crawls,
-upper body plyometrics (medicine ball)
-plyometrics (jumping exercises)
-SAC(speed agility coordination) with cones and speed ladder
-Kettlebell swings

I should record it and post up links.

thatz whatz up Rog and Classic, Im bout 2 start that P90x shit on Monday that the homie burned 4me, gotta get rid if this lil gut and shit and I'ma start hittin the weightz hard again

yeah mayne. Did he give you the calendar to go with p90x? the ab ripper x is a mean workout. first month of my first round of p90x, I was cramping up (had to up my calcium and magnesium..my multivitamin wasnt enough), so I just did leg lifts.

Monday - chest/back and ab ripper x
tues- plyo x (I'm doing Cardio Plyometric circuit from insanity)
wed - shoulders and arm - ab ripper x
thrus - yoga x (I'm doing Cardio resistance and power from Insanity)
fri - legs/back - ab ripper x (mostly body weight squats and pull ups)
sat - Kenpo x (I'm doing pure cardio from insanity)

pretty much all chest exercises is push ups... and most back is pull ups.

I've modified to do extra just bekuz I want to do a bit more.

when I do shoulders and arms, I'm doing some grip training (lower arm)
When I do Legs and back, I'm also doing Neck (neck bridges) and traps (shrugs)

I also throw in some pre hab workouts. When I do push ups, i "push" a bit more to activate my serratus anterior. I've been doing em for awhile to avoid "winged scapula".

I also do a rotator cuff routine since I used to get armbar'd like a mofo when I started grappling... so I've just been doing it outta habit compared to doing it to recover.

and with kettlebell exercises, I do barefoot to work on "heel strength".

e-rocc, start this monday. let me know if you need anything. I'm starting it this monday too. Classic, what's your routine looking like?
I recorded my workouts before, not entire workouts, but just pieces for accountability with others doing p90x.
