but I feel you, besides jesus, your health is the other thing that makes you, you. imma start boxin again this summer when i got break to get my cardio up and sharpen up my fade skills.
what do you do for diet? and do you take supplements. i use max protein after i get done hittin. then eat a bunch of fiber and protein and vitamin bars. trynnna stay young and solid
I'm just tryna be more healthy. I train sambo, bjj, boxing and small circle jujitsu.. but not into competition..more just for the knowledge.
Diet, just eat clean. Usually avoid meat, just do the vegan/veggie/soy stuff. I use Endurox R4.. its a recovery drink that runners use. Different formula that other recovery drinks. I do put a tiny bit of protein in there too.
Since my goals arent really about size, I try to avoid anything to bulk up. I'm for strength and conditioning. P90x got alot of weight stuff,but, I liked what I got outta it last time and wanna do it again. I had alot of fun with the routine... never got into pull ups, but now, I do them daily (recon ron pull up routine).
-grip training-sledgehammer finger crawls,
-upper body plyometrics (medicine ball)
-plyometrics (jumping exercises)
-SAC(speed agility coordination) with cones and speed ladder
-Kettlebell swings
