HAHA! U KNOW I HAD TO GET IN MY 2 CENTS HEAT. MUST BE A NICE THING TO BE A KU FAN AND BE COMPARED TO ONE OF THE GREATEST DYNASTIES THAT NEVER DID. 5 FINAL FOURS, AND NO CHAMPIONSHIPS??? MARTY DID THE SAME THING IN KC WITH THE CHIEFS. TIME FOR ROY TO MOVE ON. DID GOOD SHIT AT KU AND BUILT THAT DYNASTY, BUT HE NEEDS TO MOVE ON!!!!

WHO IS THAT??? EARLY 90'S

STILL NOT SURE??? NFL FOOTBALL

THATS RIGHT, THE BUFFALO BILLS.

GREAT COACH, GOOD TEAMS, BUT COULD NOT FINISH IT OFF!!

Ghost. Coaching gave them a chance to win eventhough they shot 40% from freethrows. I watched the whole game and didn't see Roy on the line once. Unlike Mo. folkswho ran there Cheif coach outta town. We relize all the teams who haven't made it to the big dance that many times. So who would be more qualified.

Roy...the best coach in college basketball... has any team ever come back from 22 points in an NCAA championship game to almost win it..and if that... has any team done that missing 18 free throws and about 5 or 6 of those being front end of 1and1-s ... I see Roy just as Dean Smith... and he prolly said it the best of anyone... when it took him Michael Jordan to give Smith his first championship... Roy was so happy for his boss and friend that all the critics were silenced when they won...but all Dean said was... I'm not a better coach now that I won than I was before... just cause a lot of chiefs fans are fair-weather has nothin to do with KU Basketball fans... Marty was never as loved like roy is by the Jayhawk faithful... ... ...

No doubt Don, Roy is a hella of a coach, but maybe change is what it will take. UNC is the ROOTS of Roy. Not saying anything to down play the ability of KU. By far the best team in the Big 12 with the worst draw in the tournament. But Roy is getting the same rep Marty got with the Chiefs. I love the dynasty that Roy built, but think that UNC would fit him perfectly. As far as KU, not sure who the pic would be for coach. Not too many coaches can do what Roy has!!

One more thing... took Dean Smith 21 years to win a championship and he only won 2 in the span of his whole 36 years at head coach... NCAA Basktball is more than winning a championship...thats "icing"...ill take a great cake without icing as long as someone is running a solid program!

where was MU?
They were too busy with recruiting violations and domestic violence charges to be there.

Seriously...its all good though. We lost, and thats shitty, but I'm not going to lose sleep. I'll take the MU fans more seriously when they can actually make it to a Championship game (Final Four four that matter).
