Roc-A-Fella records co-founder Kareem ‘Biggs’ Burke was sentenced to five years in prison on Monday, June 4th after pleading guilty to drug related charges last month following his arrest in a massive sting operation. The former friend of Jay-Zwas arrested back in October 2010 when he was charged with conspiracy to distribute 100 kilograms of marijuana.
While entering his plea, Biggs told Manhattan Federal Court Judge Loretta Swain that she wouldn’t see him in court in the future to which she replied, “Nothing personal, but I’m going to keep you to that promise,” according to New York Daily News.
