No, I think he's using a mini-DV camcorder (he said DVC?) in which case he needs to check his computer for a firewire port. If you already have a firewire port, just get a cable or ceck what your camera came with. If no firewire port, buy a cheap PCI firewire card for $20.

If you have windows XP, just use the built-in XP Movie Maker for editing.

Ok, I have the Movie Maker but I have no idea what a firewire port is. Any help with this would be great...
