thing with these fat burners.. you lose water weight which is bad.. you actually need that, you wanna get rid of fat.. and the only way to do that is cardio, theres no turning muscle into fat and you cant lose a certain part.. its all even except the fat in the stomach is usually the last to go. Like ive been saying for a while now.. strength training is the best because you build muscle and muscle burns calories which means you lose fat not weight.. two different things. You wanna lose fat. Fat is more bulgy and muscle is more compact which means 200 pounds of muscle will look smaller than 200 pounds of fat.
