Police identify teen fatally shot in S.J.
18-YEAR-OLD FOUND OUTSIDE PARTY SCENE

A teenager who was fatally shot outside a house on Illinois Avenue early Saturday morning was identified on Monday as Miguel Lopez of San Jose.

Lopez, 18, died at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center just before 7 a.m. Saturday, according to a spokeswoman for the Santa Clara County coroner's office.

He was found at 3:35 a.m. Saturday with gunshot wounds outside the house, where there apparently had been a party ``and some kind of dispute broke out,'' said Sgt. Steve Dixon, police spokesman. Dixon said a suspect has not been identified and that investigators are still trying to identify everyone who attended the party.
