Shitty year for wrestling legends :(
PWInsider.com is extremely sad to report that former UWF and All Japan Triple Crown champion Steve "Dr. Death" Williams lost his battle with cancer last night, passing away.

We will have more details as we receive them and would like to pass our deepest condolences out to the family, friends and fans of one hell of a great athlete.

lol, i was trying to figure out how i recognized him so much cuz i dont recall watching him wrestle to much. Wow you brought back memories with that game. Rip to Dr Death

It sucks cause he was cancer free for a few years and it was assumed that he survived it.

I remember him from his short stint in WWE and the Brawl For All tournament

The cancer came back and his body couldnt take any more radiation therapy....I heard that he ended up having to do the therapy and thats what did him in.


Brawl For All completely killed Dr Deaths push. He was supposed to have a title feud with Austin but after getting KTFO it fucked everything up.

It would of been some great matches too

Yeah i remember him dropping like a tree trunk after Bart Gunn punched him. They were expecting Dr Death to win the thing
