Tom offered one about how his grandfather led a battalion against a German division during World War I. Through brilliant maneuvers, he defeated them and captured valuable territory. After the battle he was awarded a medal that was inscribed with:
"For Bravery, Daring and Leadership - World War I.
From the Men of Battalion 8."
Jerry looked at Tom and said, "You really don't expect anyone to believe that yarn, do you?"
What's wrong with the story?

Here is one we had to do at college the other month - it's a classic one.
A farmer has "A fox" - "A Chicken" and some "Grain"
he has a boat and wants to take the fox, chicken and grain over this river but the problem is he can only fit "one" in his boat each time but he can't leave (on either side of the river) the fox alone wit' the chicken because the fox will eat the chicken or the chicken wit' the grain because the chicken will eat the grain.
What should the farmer do??
