Not rap releated but wtf is the mayor of Richmond thinking in hiring a police chief from South or North Dakota who had one murder this year compaired to 36 in 2005 and we still got a month to go how do yall think this is gonna help???? He says his city and Richmond are the same how???

He is from FARGO, North Dakota. The fuck is FARGO? Supposely FARGO has one of the lowest crime rates in the nation, while Richmond is number 11 on the most dangerous cities in the nation. I give him three months.

I believe the only crimes ever committed in Fargo were the ones seen in the movie...I could be wrong though

rebel hit me up need that track,^^^^^^^^^^^^^i feel you he dont know what he is in for1 thing will happen he gonna piss people off by pulling every black person they see shit i remember last time they had highway patrol on the streets I got pulled over 4 times for no reason one time in front of johnnys dinner got my car searched had me in cuffs on the side of harbor way looking real dumb facing the street so all could see i remeber the 76 bus stopped hella people watching me on the flip side thet better try somthing shits gettng out of hand went two 3 funerals in 2005,all murders shit in 93 i went to 6 of em

Dude spent the majority of his career in Lansing Michigan, which I think has its share of violence and it also seems like dude has done his research. I pray he makes a difference. Shit, someone, something needs to!

Its gonna take more then the police to stop the madness and if his style is the heavy handed type that's only a short term solution...

I remember back in the day when folks use to talk about the "cowboys" and the thug ass shit RPD & County Sheriff's was doin' in Richmond...

Shootin' folks, whippin' peoples asses...community gotta get involved or we might just get back to that style of policing..
