Is this doable? My old ISP have decided to take away my email privilages because I haven't used their service for 35 days.. this has well and truly fucked me over... :(

anyone know if theres a solution to this? if changed my paypal, ebay, msg board, etc. etc. emails but theres a lot of important shit waitin out there for me!

its manageable w/o it, but it would be a hell of a lot easier if I could just get em sent from the old server to the new one.. ?!? any enlightenment?

The only way you're going to get those emails in your inbox is if your former ISP let's you log in, plain and simple. Too bad you weren't using Outlook/Thunder bird, then you would have a copy of everything stored locally. Might as well kiss all that ish goodbye.

It depends,u can go to ur outlook thru ur explorer and then replace it in ur outlook to open ur old e-mails.

C:\Documents and Settings\UR NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

as for the switch from dialup to dsl,i have to ask,did u set ur incoming and outgoing mail to ur new ISP settings?
or did u make a whole new account or wasup,if could be a bit more precice of whats up i might be able to help.

Ummm... to be honest.. I had some 'yada4free.com' email address when I was using my dial up (using my Outlook).. the dial up company being the 'yada4free'... when I switched over to DSL.. I didnt re-configure my Outlook (my settings) because I thought if I left it alone until I could get help there would be a "slight chance in burning hell" that I would be able to get in there.. retrieve the information that I need.. clear it all out and start new... so Ive been using a Yahoo email account since I've been on DSL..
I would loooove to be to get in my Outlook and use it again..

:do you see the glimmer of hope in my eyes..? .. lol.. :
