Well, ski season opened 2 days ago in CO...Yesterday a good friend of mine was killed on the slopes after running into and getting caught up in some rope marking a closed slope... I wish all whom may hit slopes aswell this to exercise extreme caution and safety...Dont learn the hard way...

I wish to offer my friend a final goodbie, let him know my thoughts are with him, his family and friends....May you complete the life you wanted to live in harmony! Your Friend, Travis....

Damn. I lost a friend almost the same way a couple of years ago. He was working at Kirkwood, and was the best skiier on the mountain, and on his day off, he hits a tree.

Sorry about your loss. My condolences.
