This is the story I was talking about.

SAN DIEGO – A 22-year-old man was shot and wounded Thursday night in Lincoln Park as he walked with his 21-year-old brother through an apartment complex on Logan Avenue.
The two got into an argument with two other men who walked toward them and issued a gang challenge about 9 p.m., according to San Diego police.

One of the other men pulled out a handgun and fired four shots at the victim, then ran away. The victim was hit in the shoulder and leg and taken to a hospital.

San Diego police gang detectives are investigating.










The young man pictured was involved in a car-to-car shooting that shattered the back window and he was sitting in the back seat. The police are looking for a black SUV:(
