Rescue Me is the best program running on television the last 6 years or so, and Dennis Leary is a boss. If you haven't seen this, get on it. Now I'm only through season 3, and haven't seen anything past there. Gonna go cop season 4 sometime after summer, when it cools down outside, and lock myself in my room to watch it. Anyone with me?

I watched it up until about halfway through the 2nd season and then I started working the day it was on and lost track of it. I didn't get a DVR until last year and I figure the show has only a couple more seasons left so when it's done I'm just going to start buying them and catch up on it.

It was my favorite show on TV until the time when I started missing it and even though Denis Leary more or less just ripped of the late great Bill Hicks for his stand-up routine I still do think Leary is the man as well.

Rescue me is probably my favorite show on TV with the exception of House and it's always sunny in philadelphia. I'd recommend it to everyone.
