In the last video he gives you a spreadsheet you can DL and use if you have Excel - you plug in the numbers and it will tell you if renting or buying is better for you.

yea honestly i think it all depends where you live. in some cities it is cheaper to buy in others its cheaper to rent. also do you want your own home that you can customize any way you want or do you want the ability to get up and leave when you feel like it since you arent tied down to one home.

i love informative shit like this,especialy from someone whose educated and knows what there talking about,even though its pretty simple math.im gonna check out his other videos seem very informative
