Do any of you guys know what rights these guys have?? I live in an apartment complex that has security guards and I get harrassed by them almost every night. I've told them to go fuck themselves a few times, then they call the sherrifs or some other boegs, so I run. But most of the time they just ask hella questions and get mad when I don't answer and refuse to be searched. Anyone know what these fuckers are allowed to do? Because one of them said he was an off duty boeg, and I'm wondering if he has the right to arrest me. I always thought that they have to call the boegs to do that, but I'm not 100%.

Fuck the Boegs.

aight ive got my guard card and i can tell you that a security officer has NO POWERS that you do not.. they make citizens arrests..... for them to detain someone they have to have either SEEN a FELONY.. or been asked for assistance by someone claiming you attacked them or robbed them etc.. and only allowed to search for weapons once someone is detained.. but if ur on the property they're contracted too they're allowed to ask you questions.. u dont have to answer..

They fuck with me when I walk home from the school or from a homie's house or something, cuz I get home pretty late from school and even later sometimes when I go to a homie's house. So they are always harrassing me and people I'm with cuz they say that we're trespassing. And they've told my friends and I several times that they are gonna arrest us for disturbing the peace. A few times they stopped me and told me I couldn't go anywhere until they looked at all the cars around to see if I stole or broke something cuz there are parking lots I walk through. It's a fuckin hastle to deal with like every other night.

Yeah, they are just people who want to fuck with someone. And I rather not file a complaint to the Boegs, I just honestly have never trusted Boegs for anything and I just have a feeling that it would backfire on me somehow. I am moving this summer though, so I just gotta deal with this a little longer.:paranoid:

ey bro the rent a boegs used to do the same shit to me in my apartments so i started playing lil games with them like throwing bottles at them as they foot patrol lettin the air out of there tires punkin them all kinds of shit when it comes down to it there a nobody there job is to be a snitch they cant do nothing to you except call the real boegs my advice is do what i did or you could always make a torpedo out of one your friends and make them file harrasment charges on them

I think if you do something illegal and they see you, they can hold you until the cops get there, if they can.

I've told them to fuck off several times and they dont' do shit. Most of them are just out there trying to look like cops to fuck with people....Honestly, I'd just ignore them...They can't just talk shit to you, search you, and/or hold you for nothing just so the cops can come and fuck with you.
