Remember when Dickies were only 14 dollars a pair? Remember when you could only get them at a few lower end places like Kmart and Sears. Remember when they only came in two styles - plain front and pleated front, and they was so stiff that you didnt ever need to crease em with an iron untill about 7 washings later. Remember the chemical smell of brand new Dickies that didnt dissapate for weeks? Remember how when you gained a few pounds you could let out the seam in the ass and extend your waistline a couple sizes bigger.
I seen some of the "new generation" Dickies for 29 bucks at Anchor Blue of all places, with a cell phone pocket and a "baggy" fit. The picture on the label showed a bunch of skaters hanging out talking on thier cell phones ... what the fuck?
