Cool Nutz ya just got off IM with me just now and I gotta serious question about recording: Which program is better for a Dell PC to record with, Cool Edit or Pro Tools? Which one do you use and what kind of computer do you have for recording? Hit me with an answer and PM with a flow topic and I'll shoot it to ya later in the week if I'm on.

I would go with the Pro Tools being that you will have more processing power, and be able to do alot more on the recording side of things.

if you were tryin to dl the program, pro tools isnt gonna work... you gotta buy the interface, either a mbox, digi001, or digi002, and those are about $450-2500... but if you was talkin about spendin money then pro tools is coo.. but you can do damn near errything on cool edit if you got the right equipment

Pro tools is the best.

it works fine in a Dell.
