well, i really don't know what to tell you. i'd look through everything that came in that box one last time, like real hard, and then if you still can't find it, i'd be back up in that store askin some questions. that shit costs too much money to just sit there and not be able to work right.

that just doesn't sound right, there is a card in the box kinda looks like a grey credit card. you can't use the program without it and a different # won't help you cuz your serial is encrypted into the disc

no, there's a card in your box IF you purchased it. mine was a large-ish army green colored one, but maybe cuz I got the upgrade....if you didn't buy it just say so, there's plenty of serial # sites on the internet

yeah if you got upgrades its kind of a bitch. I originally had 2.0 then got a serial for the free upgrade to 2.5 than got the upgrade to 3.0 and it was kind of a funny process cuz i had to refind my 2.5 reg to get it to work still the process was no more than 30 minutes
