We will be having rap contests for local groups at Club Broadway every Saturday, starting this weekend. One group will earn $100 cash prize. There will be a maxinum of 6 groups that will be able to enter the contest. They will perform two of their best songs and the crowd will decide who is the winner. You need to make sure that you bring your friends, family and supporters. If know one shows, there is no cash prize. After all, who is going to judge the contest.

If you are interested, contact me @ [email protected] to sign up for the contest. If you are not able to be apart of this weeks contest, we will be holding it every saturday.

This can be a great outlet for local groups. We are looking for R&B and any style of Hip Hop. Now is the time to put up or shut up.

This will be a great chance to promote yourself by getting your people involved and the community. And who doesn't want money! Let's really make it happen!

There will be a $5 cover charge @ the door.

Yeah, It goes down every saturday. Let's see if we can really blow up the NW Music Scene. This can give artists a lot of exposure. It doesn't have to be just rap, It can be R&B & DJing.

Artists can participate every Saturday. If an artist wins 4x, they get $400 total and we will allow them to open for a major artist who performs at Club Broadway.

Every weekend, we can highlight a different style of Hip Hop.

This event is based on support, so we all need to make this happen. I got the venue and the connections to make this happen. Let's see if we can help eachother out and be successful

Well! I have been promoting this event. I have sent out mass e-mails, I posted it on myspace, facebook and message boards and guess what. I haven't gotten any groups or artists to sign up. I guess these artists aren't confident enough to showcase there talent. A chance to get exposure, $100 and a chance to open up for a major artist.

Crazy!
