Well, actually, when I first heard Ray Luv (and this is not meant to be a diss), for some reason, his voice reminded of a cross between Scarface and Big Mike! LOL!

As far as sounding like Biggie, I don't know...Biggie's voice has always seemed a lot deeper than Ray Luv's, but hey--that's just my opinion (and my ears). One thing is certain...FOREVER HUSTLIN' is a classic forever!!!
