If they got no proof then all the evidence is circumstancial, which means none is concrete. Since none is concrete then their is probable doubt. It is up to the court to find YOU guilty, you DON'T have to prove your innocence. Since they can't remove that doubt you should be safe, unless your sis is a witness to any illegal activities in which case you are fucked.
