How long of a stretch is this youngsta doing? Seeing those pictures of inside "Bedrock" makes me sick (fucked up memories). I hate that fuckin' place, cuz you everyone is just beggin' to get shipped out to Invernest, lol. Last time I was in there on a PV, I met a 18 year old youngsta who got broke off. The judge broke him of with 45 years, so junior was hella trippin' and shit. I was the first to see him immediately after sentencing, because we came over from the couthouse on the chain in that white van. He was in shock with mixed emotions. You see that all the time in there though. I seen it first hand that they love sentencing minorities (particulary blacks and mexicans) to long and lengthy sentences. It's that Measure 11 bullshit!!! Back in the day cats use to get second chances, but nowdays there isn't any hope with the mandatory sentences. I still trip on that, cuz youngsta is locked down until he's 63 years old (basically life). Anyway, there's a lot of fucked up shit that goes on quietly, because the media never exposes this type of shit. I seen Rapos, Cho Mos, etc. get light ass sentences compared to young black kids who just made a bad choice. I don't know this particulary cats situation or sentence, but hopefully he gets a second chance. That's assuming he's no Rapo, etc.... Fuck Oregon's bitch made laws!!!

I smell you Lisicki on that! I seen that shit first hand too when I did a couple years down in Salem. They had E.K. and Nazi Lowrider whiteboys informants snitchin' on their own homeboys. I seen that with the other races too! Rats come in all sizes and colors.

Measure 11 is fucked up but every state got fucked up laws and fuck over minorities, one of the main reasons why is because it takes alot of money to legitimately fight a case. System is classist first, racist second.
You are 100% right! It's a big business and about that almighty $$$$$. For it's population everyone knows Oregon has too many damn prisons! I could sit here and tell you stories for days about cats who got too much damn time! If you got yaper though, you can negotiate with the D.A. through your attorney. So basically, all the poor folks with no scratch get fucked! If I didn't come up with 20K in my case I would still be sitting in prison until at least 2012.
