What kind of judgment do yall use to judge an album? On here there are way too many extremes to even get an idea how an album tryly is? Is it lyrics, beats, features, comparing it to the album b4??? I mean, what is it? Holla back.

shit, to me, its all about the beats........if u got bangin beats, an average lyrics, ill slump it.........on the other hand, if your beats suck, and your spittin fire, shit gets no play in my deck........if u got slumpin beats, and bringin some coo/tight lyrics, shits almost a classic in my eyes.

I think it has to be a good balance between, the lyrics, beats and delivery. all the other shit like features and cd artwork are a plus but not a factor on what makes a tyte album

In my opinion, i'd have to say the lyrics, because thats wat rappin is mostly about, tryin ta tell people yo' story, if the lyrics are smooth and the beat is heat then I call it a good album, but if the lyrics arent good, like the rapper says shit over and over in anotha way, then i aint feelin it, the lyrics have to be propa.
