Face is quitting Def Jam.

And Rap-a-lot isn't a new company. Their dealings with Def Jam were just for Scarface's records. The rest of Rap-a-lot has nothing to do with Def Jam.

J. Prince has been running and will continue to run Rap-a-lot for a long time.
