Ariel Pink has a shit ton of material out there, literally tons of stuff. Do to the very expirmental nature of his music some of his work is amazing from start to finish of the album, while some of it is really hit and miss with the hits usually being fucking awesome though. With this new project Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti he has really found a sound that I think he should stick to and run with. It's like a mix of 80s AM radio tunes mixed with psychedelic pop. I really don't know how to explain it but you should check the album out as it's fucking awesome and will surely be on my top ten list at years end.
01. Blue Blood Blues 03:22
02. Hustle and Cuss 03:46
03. The Difference Between Us 03:37
04. I'm Mad 03:16
05. Die By the Drop 03:29
06. I Can't Hear You 03:35
07. Gasoline 02:45
08. No Horse 02:49
09. Looking at the Invisible Man 02:42
10. Jawbreaker 02:58
11. Old Mary 02:53
I don't know if many here will really care for the album because it's really loud and feedback/noise rock oriented but holy shit does it shred. Missing Persons and Child Republic are going to have my neighbors hating my guts when I'm blasting at high volumes.
Okay im officially addicted to Ariel Pink’s Haunted Graffiti "Before Today" album. I just listened to it all the way through three times in a row and then almost did again but had to force myself to throw something else on instead lol.
For all of you enjoying the new Ariel Pink check this album out. Its a career spanning album (1973-2005) of R. Stevie Moore and his lo-fi DIY music. Similar sound as Ariel Pink

Yeah I was gonna make a R. Stevie Moore mega-post for those who liked Ariel Pink's stuff. I guess they are friends, would be cool to see a collaboration between the two of them.
