It's on the front page of the website. Good to see Rampage is taking Henderson serious. Remember folks this is FREE on SpikeTV so if you are someone who's interested in the sport tune in to this event should be awesome.

this should help him alot, cause Henderson aint no cake walk. More MMA fighters should get involved in boxing in learn how to throw a fucking punch, just simple shit like tucking your chin can take you far in MMA, they can learn alot from boxing, just the basics improving your footwork, your stance(to me is all wrong in MMA) instead of talking shit about boxxing all the time.

The stance in MMA probably has more to do with defending a takedown than throwing hard punches.
The thing is many fighters are trying to throw and defend punches from that MMA stance and so it seems you have hella fighters who can't defend these wild as punches that are being thrown and are getting knocked out. I would like to see more boxers that learn bjj. Too many wrestlers turned MMA.

Its an easier transistion, that's why. Wrestlers are trained to defend the takedown and stay off there backs.. With boxers, they'd be taken down easier, and harder to learn something you've never worked on.

I agree that it is easier for wrestlers to make the transition, but know a lot of fighters are trying to make themselves popular by attempting knocking people out and they are not boxers. A lot of fights I'm seeing these days are going maybe 1.5 mins before anybody attempts a takedown. I would just like to see a real boxer give it a shot, or like Jackson is doing, train with a boxer and hopefully exhibit some boxing skill.
