DO NOT show up at Anita's Nightclub on August 30th for the Raine n Lane n Kokane show.
WE WILL NOT BE THERE!!!!!! YOU SHOULDN'T BE EITHER!!!!!
After agreeing to hold the show there almost a month ago, letting us print up 5000 flyers and pass out ALL OF THEM, cancel a show at another venue, and letting THE WHOLE DAMN CITY GET EXCITED ABOUT THIS CONCERT....
The owners told Z90 (couldn't even be man enough to tell ME) that they heard I MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH GANGMEMBERS and that they didn't want THAT TYPE OF PARTY at their club.
FIRST OFF... I am not, nor is FASTLANE or KOKANE, a documented GANGMEMBER.
SECOND... EVEN IF I WAS, I have a written agreement to do the show, which is legally binding.
THIRD... You're talking about a club that is hosted by the local hip-hop station (JAMMIN Z90- which I do not affiliate with this discrepancy), and frequently brings in well known RAPPERS to do shows. THERE ARE ALWAYS GANGMEMBERS THERE!!!! Anytime you provide and atmosphere like that, gang members are GOING TO BE THERE!!!
First they offered me MY MONEY BACK FOR MY FLYERS?!!

Then, they offered me another club around the corner, same night, and I could still take the door money. I would have to somehow direct people from one club to the other (big hassle) AND... THE CLUB THEY TRIED TO PUT ME IN ONLY HOLDS 100 PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! Thats a big step down from 500, especially when we were expecting to pack the house.

Then, they tried to offer me a few hundred bucks.
