The Oakland Raiders captured their third straight AFC West title with the 28-16 win over Denver last Sunday.
The Raiders qualify for the playoffs for the 21st time.
The Raiders last won at least three consecutive division crowns from 1972-76, winning five straight.
Bill Callahan is the fourth coach to lead the Raiders to the playoffs in his first full season, joining John Rauch (1965), John Madden (1969) and Art Shell (1990).
