  Sunday's Raiders-Jets AFC divisional playoff game at the Coliseum is not sold out. The Raiders are giving their personal seat license holders the opportunity to purchase tickets until today. A spokesman said he expects those premium-paying season-ticket holders to buy all remaining seats.
  If not, those seats will go on sale to the general public -- but at the risk of missing the NFL's 72-hour deadline for a possible television blackout in Sacramento and the Bay Area.
