I just need to vent, 'cause this is some other shit I've never heard of. So somebody I know was in a high position at a pretty large corporation (one of the biggest in the world). Well, he had a contractor working for him who was reprimanded for not doing her job, and then when she failed to shape up, he got rid of her. He called her boss (the company she was contracting for), and told her why she was let go and her boss agreed.
Well, she was then reprimanded by her real boss, and she threatened her. Said, "You better be scared of me", and dipped. She goes back to the big corporation and says she was wrongfully terminated because she's black, and then makes up stories about how said person in high position is racist because during lunch she overheard him telling another coworker that he didn't think Barack O'Bama was qualified to be president (not cause he's black, but because he's young). Coworker wasn't questioned during the internal investigation, neither was this lady's superior for the company she was contracting for. So they call in dude, and fire him (he's been there 10+ years), for a racially motivated termination even though his track record as a boss is impeccable and he has had people of many backgrounds under him and still did up until yesterday. They've NEVER had a problem with him.
I know dude, that racial shit isn't in his blood. The person that fired him said, "If I were you, I would appeal this". You know it's some bullshit when the guy firing you, tells you that you need to appeal it.
What would you do?
