When will blaccs stop blaming whites for everything wrong? i've noticed a trend. now that whites have given blaccs every opportunity any other white person has blaccs have become lazy. instead of dropping the piccet signs and piccing up a plow theyve consistantly protested that they havent given enough rights.

have we blaccs become so comfortable with bitching that we cant hustle?

I've noticed that rappers are the only ones truely trying to fucc with the system instead of fuccing it up.

are blacc people so stupid that they would think that whites will change the game theyve successfully implemented and just GIVE it and the power thereof to blaccs. HOW RIDICULOUS.

niggas need to play ball with the "man" instead of playing ball against him.

once again fucc with the game dont try fucc it up. it can work to your advantage. if you hate the game leave this country and make your own.

You have a great point! This definitely identifies with the way I feel about things relating to "race". I feel as long as we keep dividing our people by skin color without seeing past such a petty difference we fall to our own ignorance. Let's all play ball, together!

the opportunities are still not equal...
race and class issues continue to allow the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer...

when all children in public schools are given an equal education, equal materials in schools, equal treatment by teachers, then i would agree with you...there is still a long way to go before we say minorties are given the same opportunities as any other white person.

exactly ^^^^^^ the only way to actually get closer to real equality is to play the game and with time it will happen. only time can cure these things. when we get more colin powells than we get jesse jacksons. thats when things will get better.

Thats the exact samething I did when I read his post Sergeant Hustle....I just rolled my eyes

I don't know what goes on in your head Mcleanhatch, but if you think that things are close with blacks and white you are GREATLY mistakened. You probably need to go out to your nearest library and read books by black writers or something to get another perspective of America.

There is a false belief that Black Americans live in the same and culture as white Americans. Which make folks like you believe that we have the same opportunity and chances like White Americans do in this country. WRONG!!! No way there is White America and then there is Black America.

As human beings its natural for us to emulate what goes around us.....am I right? If you were raised by wolves the chances of you emulating a wolf is great. If you were raised by dogs, the chances of you emulating a dog is great, if you were raised in a crime infested city the chances of you emulating that type of environment is very great. In Black America there are very little positive things these young kids could emulate to prepare themselves for the dominant culture, competition which is WHITE AMERICA. No way do these young black kids say they want to be the next Bill Gates. Who do Black kids emulate? Cash Money Millionaires, Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson, Jerry Rice, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens, Barry Bonds, etc. Black youth see more examples of black success in sports and entertainment industry then anybody else. It wasn't very long ago when I passed a young black kid that was reciting words from a Cash Money song. The kid was saying, "Money Cash, Money Cash, Money Hoes, Hoes Cash Money, Money Cash, Money Hoes". Now who do the kids in White America have to emulate? The richest man in the world Bill Gates, the president of the United States and many MORE.

The primary goal for all men is to make money, buy nice cars and wear the nice clothes to attract women. Now how these goals are achieved in our communities is very different. Achieving that type of success is not very hard when hustling, pimping, drug trading is around the corner. These pimps and hustler are the rolemodel to young black males. These young whipper snappers look at these pimps and hustlers and want to be that, they want the gold chain, the fancy clothes, and the women. And it's easy too, thats why some brothas at the young age of 12 is hustling on the streets.

Welcome to the otherside called Black America :classic:

I thought people would be able to understand that in rap music but I guess they aren't seeing it. :(

i will be the first to admit that things are not equal but they are pretty damn close
Please man you can't tell me that most blacks are prepared EQUALLY for the competition they will receive in the future in the dominant white culture. I was reading one of my old Vibe magazines and Jill Scott said that she donated a few thousand dollars to her elementary school in Philly and now they finally have a library. Thats pretty sad don't ya think? Because kids should be reading a lot of books at a very young age. And for 3 decades thousands of kids have gone to this elementary school and have not had the luxury of a library. What I find extremely funny is that people are puzzled on why blacks and hispanics score lower on test scores then whites. For you to say that it's equal is the biggest crock of crap I've ever heard. The last time I checked the definiton of the word EQUAL is "having the same privileges, status, or rights"....

What you need to understand is that we are divided in Americas there is black and white they are seperate and sure as hell unequal. It's easy to be successful if you live in the dominant culture. It's easy to be successful in the dominant culture if 1) you have the same skin color as the people in the dominant culture and 2) If your environment emulate that of the people in the dominant culture. I'm not saying that blacks can not be as successful or as smart as White Americans. After all who did the Europeans bring on the slave ships? The biggest, strongest, and brightest Africans over here. They didn't bring the weak, or the old, they brought the best Africans over here. Thats why you see African Americans dominanting in some sports like football and basketball and thats because there genes of African Americans are of the best Africans. However the odds of them succeeding in the dominat culture is against them. Just for the fact of the environment the people emulate. We can get out from these ghettos and compete, but there is another obstacle once you get through that layer and that is RACISM.....

equality is a joke. so is justice. we as blaccs shouldnt expect it. we should get over it and hustle harder. the difference between the history of white americans and blacc americans is that blaccs have been GIVEN freedom. it wasnt taken. life aint fair, deal with it. rappers may sing songs of genocide and homocide but guess what. its blacc mothers that allow their children to be influenced by filth without actually teaching their kids whats the bottom line behind it all.

blacc women dont teach there children why. blacc women in general dont think they need a man and try to assume a position that was never meant for them. slowly but surely the blacc race is deluded into whiteness because blacc men notice that blacc women dont want to assimilate theyed rather assurp.

something ive learned. whites play the same game with each other as they do with blaccs. when they capitalize against each others its looked at as a power struggle when they play the game against someone who "so happens" to be blacc its considered to be racism.

niggas get caught up because they participate in stupid things. like robbing muthafukas and sellin drugs "as if" its the only way out of the ghetto. there are a MILLION different ways out of the ghetto you just have to keep your eyes open and be willing to do things the "square way" like most whites do it.

I have whites not only in my family but i have worked with some powerful white people and because of my "unniggardly" way of carrying myself they put me up on a LOT of game.

their game is a good game. and it works not only for them but for everyone that wants to play by the rules. they dont hate niggas they hate ANYONE who trys to break the rules or change their game. if you play within the boundaries and take the lumps that come with it you can set up your future generations if not yourself for success.

in general most of the whites i know hate the fact that race is even an issue anymore. they would like to ignore it and wish that others would do the same. the more enlightened people become to the fact that people are people and they are only seperated by education, economics, and culture the elightened would rather close the gap rather than broaden it. there are strength in numbers. and no matter what the color, if there's a right person for the job then that person should be given the opportunity to fill it.

if you were a white or blacc person from the upper class looking down. whats the difference between a nigga and a rednecc? absolutely nothing. all you know is that they aint rich. do you REALLY care what color they are. no you're just concerned that they dont do anything to jeopardize your existance.

its a cycle though, its not necessarily the parents fault...
when your mother had to work 2 or 3 jobs to feed and clothe you and didn't have time like a rich housewife to sit down and read with their child everynight or play games with them to stimulate their mind, it puts those kids at a disadvantage...then because they live in low income areas, they get old outdated text books, have maybe one computer per class where in rich areas there are 5 or 6 computers per class, and get teachers who are only teaching for the good retirement and summers off, of course they aren't going to like school or get anything out of it...

when you were treated that way as a child, often times you don't know any better, so thats how you raise your childern...and the cycle continues...while the governemnet allows the same problems to continue and does not intervene...

i wouldn't call that a disadvanage. they are not really at a disadvantage. its more like the rich ones are at an advantage.

they are pretty damn close and its just like XianeX said its just a matter of playing the game instead of fighting it. the only reason why you and others say things arent equal is because you dont take advantage of the opportunities and elect instead to want to entirely change the game. which is something that would probly never happen

Its all about resilience. I never waited to learn, i grabbed the books i wanted the read for myself. also my mom was kinda smart. she bought an encyclopedia britanica set to invest in me and my sis's intellectual futures. niggas cant complain. niggas know by now that there isnt anything that you cant steal if you want. i used to steal things that would benefit my future. not just bullshit. another thing niggas dont think about is investing in there future. or completely leaving everything they've grown up with behind for a greater good.

my mom had a full time job. she wasnt the best mother. but that has nothing to do with what i did for myself for the betterment of myself and my future.

another problem is this. there is nothing wrong with grindin to come up. but niggas forget its a hustle and want it to be a lifestyle. you cant slang dope for ever. neither can you make it a career.

i say use your eyes and look beyond what you find comfortability with and you might find a million dollar idea.
