The problem probably is that they cant get a deal or budget 4 the project and it makes no sense 2 release it just so millions of ppl can download it 4 free. Theres not much room 4 these kind of situations 2 be lucrative 4 anyone or any company especially since the artist is deceased and the only way 2 promote and make money is thru the media. Its not just a tupac problem tho...its a lot of ppl. Even me. I have material that i know the fans want but the risk of releasing a good project and not profiting is most likely on everybody's mind who has actually seen some money in this biz. 1

I think she was more focused on doing what was popular than satisfying his true fans. U gotta understand that she probably never liked rap music but her son was a rapper. A lot of ppl blame her but she didnt put any of that music together...she just had the say so on who was producing and constructing the project. Her main priority was pac's estate. Music only played a small part in what was goin on....even tho thats where most of the $ came from.

Stupid question from someone who does not know how this business works, but isn't actually making the music the most expensive part of such a project, and in these cases it has already been made. Yes, it has to be remastered, album has to be packaged, etc., but still, it should not cost nearly as much as a new album and people keep releasing those even though people download those for free too. How does the math works out exactly?

In Pac's case, they probably have serious sample clearance issues so that's the one thing I understand. But if that problem does not exist, what exactly is it that makes it financially prohibitive to release the music?

How much do u think it would take 2 promote and manufacture a 2pac album???....and then tell me how much u estimate that project will make and i will be glad 2 break it down in simpler terms...its not hard 2 see whats real tho.

PAC was, is, & will always be my favorite rap solo artist since 1993 when I was in 8th grade. I remember high school my friends used to be on my head for always bumping PAC and pretty much nothing else. R.I.P. to the shining prince MAKAVELI THA DON. YOUNG NOBLE is keeping his legacy alive and much props to the rest of THE OUTLAWZ
