I have to admit I was a huge fan and follower of Murderdog Magazine. They initially motivated me to start my own mag...Xplosive Magazine to be exact. Props to BlackDogBone and staff who kept one of the biggest and best spotlights for the Independent Rapper alive all these years. Timing is everything, next at bat...1 World Magazine..by me, Mr Ceza. I used to buy MurderDog Magazine when it still looked like a newspaper. I then got an ad and started recieving issues in the mail until I got a letter saying they were strictly going digital. That was in the early 2000's.

It's been some years since I've bought an issue, back in the day I relied heavily on magazines like Murder Dog to help me weed out garbage albums in the review section, keep track of release dates and discover new artists.

no mags are honestly since murderdog cut off their physical distribution which makes it seem like even more of a daunting and challenging task i see the angle in it and potential to support the underground music community which we all love however it seems like a potentially thankless and profitless business venture

Murder Dog was the shit back in the days..... I remember when they 1st came out in the late 90's they had them big ass mags, fuckers were huge but loved it because it was strictly underground!
