Man killed Monday night after shooting in Oak Park

SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Authorities today released the name of a 25-year-old man shot dead in Oak Park.
Courtney Graham was fatally shot Monday night in the 1900 block of Champion Street, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.
Multiple reports of gunfire on Champion Street and in the area of 5400 Bay View Heights Place were placed around 9:30 p.m., said Lt. Ernie Herbert of the San Diego Police Department's Homicide Unit.
Officers checked a footpath leading from Champion Street to Bay View Heights and found Graham, he said, adding that the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motive for the crime was not immediately known.
