I Think they meet through music and liked each others flow..atleast thats what i heard..i also heard that tupac would let biggie sleep on his couch and shit or maybe biggie let pac sleep on the couch either way...

I remember reading a interview with Treach from Naughty By Nature...he said that he introduced Pac and Biggie to each other for the first time but that they didn't become friends until like a year after meeting each other. Or some shit along those lines. The interview was in The Source sometime around 1997-1999 I don't recall.
