quickpar, what the fuck is up with it

so i download some halo 1 files of newzbin whatever whatever. i am told to use quickpar cause thats what i think some of the files were. i do a check/repair on it and it says all is well, although i am told once it has done that it will make a RAR file of all that were checked but it didn't. what am i doing wrong that it is not making it?

you should have rar files as well as par files when you download it. the rar files will have the file extention .rar or .01 .02 .03 . if you ran quick par and it said everything is ok use winrar to extract the iso on to your computer from the .rar files (or the .01 what ever it comes as)
