On the flight deck, Ace urges Wild Bill to get ready for their war games, however, the helicopter, tosses into the air a gun twirling on his finger, looks at his watch, tells Ace that he still has two minutes and then catches his gun. The Joes shout a loud “YO JOE” simultaneously and sprint to their Skystrikers. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Meanwhile, on the command ship, as the top brass notice that something is wrong, Ericson pulls out a gun from a bag. Duke’s Skystriker is hit and Buzzer cuts Duke's parachute and causes him to fall into the ocean. [/SIZE][/FONT]

On the command ship, Ericson rips off his mask and reveals himself to be Zartan, who gasses the Pentagon brass and causes them to fall to the floor unconscious. Wild Bill radios Deep Six that Duke went under and Torpedo and Deep Six begin to search the area while Cobra Morays zoom toward the Joes’ ships. Avoiding Cobra’s shots, Scarlett fires a couple of missiles that causes the hydrofoil to crumple and explode. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Swimming toward the parachute, Torpedo finds Duke, slips a mask over him and grabs him before grasping a railing on the bottom of the SHARC, which escorts them to safety before a shark attacks them. Zartan signals Cobra Commander that the first phase is complete and the synthoids are placed upon a platform on the Cobra sub. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Scarlett radios Shipwreck and asks if he could sink a couple of Cobra Morays for her, and he happily replies, “Does Popeye like Spinach?” As another Moray explodes, the two remaining ships dump canisters into the water which release a smokescreen around the command ship. In the midst of the smoke, the Cobra submarine surfaces and deposits the synthoids in the command ship’s control room via a crane with a flexible and retractable arm that returns to the sub after the sythoids place the top brass on the platform and Zartan climbs on. Meanwhile, Wild Bill destroys the last two hydrofoils. [/SIZE][/FONT]

The submarine dives and both Duke and Scarlett are scolded by General Franks for their inadequate performance against Cobra and orders them to return to the Joes land base. Duke tries to convince Col. Sharp that the Joes should investigate the purposeless attack. However, the request is denied and as Duke and Scarlett walk out, Duke suggests that they not tell the others about the General’s reaction. Scarlett reluctantly agrees. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Cobra Commander explains that the next step in the plan will involve the creation of a Joe team member but first Cobra Commander and Zartan have a surprise for the arms dealer: a synthoid of Destro himself who bows when commanded. Destro demands the destruction of the synthoid and Cobra Commander pulls out a device called the neutralizer and is about to push the destruction button when Zartan rushes forward to stop him. He reminds Cobra Commander that the range of the neutralizer is set to destroy all of the synthoids. Readjusting the range with a lever, the device destroys the synthoid of Destro. Cobra Commander apologizes for almost ending all of the synthoids’ lives and then tells Destro that even Cobra’s weapons dealer can be replaced. [/SIZE][/FONT]

At the next budget meeting, a committee member asks General Howe if he is sure about his recommendation to cut funding for the G.I.Joe program in half. General Franks is asked for his opinion and announces that he agrees with Howe and even believes that they should get rid of the entire team. The committee decides to put the budget changes into effect immediately. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Cover Girl and Clutch fail to replace a tread on an Armadillo due to a lack of parts and Rock ‘n’ Roll finds only a hand full of cartridges available for target practice. As Duke and Scarlett mull over Cobra’s senseless attack, Junkyard rushes up to Duke and begins to lick the First Sergeant after he scratches him on the head. Mutt calls Junkyard back and suddenly Joes are running toward Duke explaining that there’s not enough fuel for one Skystriker and the Joes are running out of oil and gas for the other vehicles. In short, the base is falling apart. [/SIZE][/FONT]


[FONT=verdana,arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Duke tries to reason with Col. Sharp, however, Duke is told that he should contact General Franks, who is on his way to inspect the base as they speak. As soon as Sharpe signs off, a screen filled with Cobra Rattlers flying toward the Joes’ headquarters appears. Breaker patches Duke into the base intercom system and Duke announces that all airplanes have been grounded so they should prepare for a surface to air attack. [/SIZE][/FONT]

[FONT=verdana,arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Scarlett awakens and catches sight of a Rattler bearing down upon her. She bolts and is rescued by Rock ‘n’ Roll, who is driving a Silver Mirage motorcycle. Roadblock uses a cannon on top of the base to knock out one of the two Rattlers flying nearby. [/SIZE][/FONT]


[FONT=verdana,arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]Duke attacks Buzzer, however, the other two Dreadnoks slam Duke against a wall while Zartan shoots Duke with sleeping gas. Quick Kick attacks the Cobra Rattlers with a FLAK and is almost shot but Junkyard leaps onto the parachuting Cobra Rattler pilot once he hits the ground. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Gung Ho’s Whirlwind runs out of ammunition and is destroyed. Scarlett and Rock ‘n’ Roll attempt to shoot down another Cobra plane, however, the motorcycle runs out of gas. Duke runs from the shots of a Cobra Rattler, jumps onto Cover Girl’s Wolverine and all of the Joes watch the Rattlers leave. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Duke tries to recover quickly but Junkyard stands in front of Duke and begins to snarl. Mutt pulls his dog away and wonders why Duke referred to Junkyard as Mutt. The guard gate is raised and the now four star General Franks enters the base and calls the G.I.Joe team a disgrace. Scarlett reminds Franks that he reduced the Joes’ budget. General Franks cuts her off and tells her that he doesn’t like her tone of voice. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Aboard the Cobra transport plane, Duke is brought in handcuffs to Cobra Commander, who half-guesses the Joe’s code-name, and is told that is quite unlikely that he will be rescued since no one know he is missing - and Duke sees the synthoid of himself standing at attention with the rest of the Joes. [/SIZE][/FONT]

General Franks yells at the Joes and tells them that they are responsible for the millions of dollars of equipment and property destroyed. Rock ‘n’ Roll, who is refueling his Silver Mirage Motorcycle and standing by Mutt, who is holding back a still snarling Junkyard, listen to the general explain that none of the destruction would have occurred if the Joes did not exist. Therefore, he orders the Joe team to disband. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Junkyard escapes from Mutt and attacks the General, however, Mutt pulls his canine friend away. General Franks orders Junkyard’s execution and Mutt kicks a military police officer into another and runs away. The general orders another MP to fire at Mutt, but since the MP is not comfortable shooting an unarmed man, General Franks grabs the MP’s gun and aims at Mutt. [/SIZE][/FONT]

Fortunately, Quick Kick quickly kicks the gun out of the general’s hands. As Quick Kick is arrested, Rock ‘n’ Roll tells the general that he will get Mutt, who tries to climb over a set of boxes. Mutt and Junkyard, however, fall to the ground and Rock ‘n’ Roll zooms toward Mutt while yelling, “Mutt - don’t move!” [/SIZE][/FONT]

No joke, about last spring/summer around 4pm i got up and went outside and jumped on my quad and drove up to a hill and airforce one flew right over the top of me(i knew because of the colors and the direction the plane flew, it wasn't the normal flight patterns they have in the sky. I knew it was them because a Fighter jet was following close behind too. The Jet looked grey with red spots on it. I really don't think it was the sun, i thought it was another countries jet. Who knows could of been our own but i knew it was the air force one.

i dont know who will be more effective, women voting for clinton or blacks for obama.
