Question re: the beat for Skunt - 2 People

Who produced it and did it sample anything? My liner notes for that album are at school in Minnesota and I'm in the 206 now.

I produced it and it's sampled from Minnie Ripperton's "Inside My Love" which was featured on the Jackie Brown Soundtrack (it's an old school song though).

The concept was Skunt's idea....I made it happen though.

Reason I was asking is b/c I heard a song yesterday called "Godzilla Like" by Chico & Coolwadda that had the same beat essentially except their baselines are a little deeper. Like 2 People, it's a C.U.T. cut.

It was co. 2001 by MCA Records, so it was before 2 People.

That's funny....because I actually made the beat in 2001. Skunt originally asked me to do it in 2000 though.

I guess Freeway used parts of the same song on his album that came out a while back too.
