Question on Student Loans......

im considering getting a loan for school, i need around 8-10 thousand for necessities, cuz i just got laid off and i need cash now. im kinda clueless on this loan stuff, so the more info the better. ive been looking online but its all to confusing. :lick:

The ones that I take I get through the school. I usually have to do some sort of loan counseling online before I get approved, but it's pretty easy to do. Is it possible for you to take out loans through your school? If it is, I would try and take the loans out that way...

I've been taking out about 5 G's a year, which basically covers my tuition for the year, leaving a little bit that goes to me. They offer me more, but I rather just take out loans for paying my tuition...

not true in my case. i dropped out in 01 and been getting my income tax returns gaffled since like 03 or 04.

ok, so im goin through the same shit, but i still work and i STILL don't have enough money for anything....

so um my dad told me about a loan that is called directloan or some shit like that, but im actually gonna go get the application for it tomorrow...so i'm in the same fuckin boat

but this is how the loan goes, you take out as much as you need, my dad's ex took out 11G for her school and then she would only pay back 50 bucks a month, while she was in school, and she couldn't make those payments so she changed it to 30 bucks a month and there was absolutely no interest....

no one ever told me about this, because well its a fuckin deal, so i suggest you go to your school's financial aid office(what i'm gonna do tomorrow) and ask for an application....its good money and it there is no interest...you just gotta have a payment plan...
