Why is it, then, that when I go out, I'm more likely to see a Caucasian sweating with his skin all red.
Also, if Africans are dark-skinned, it must've happened as an adaptation to their habitat, meaning the darker pigmentation in their skin could be a "defense" for heat. Or, it could be that over the generations, they've been exposed to nothing but the sun's light and their bodies went through some sort of skin reaction.
I guess we'd have to ask someone who knows somebody who would know.
