Here in Vegas we put shit like that on alot of the albums. As far as I know as long as it's local and not legally copyrighted then you won't get into any trouble. Now if you start selling nationally, copyrighting, or have your shit on a big label then you have to get permission!!!! I don't know if you all really care now but I thought I'd throw my bit of knowledge in on the subject! :cheeky:

thanks for the input

the main reason i ask is i seen a biography on biz markie
and saw that he got sued after he became big with "just a friend" for a past album(not a lot of sales). thats what sunk him after the glory...... just checking to see what others in the bay do for samples...thanks again for the feedbacks
