question for ps2 problems -how often do you use your ps2-

i got a first generation ps2 and it works fine.my thoughts are that i don't use it as often as most other people.i don't play games for it anymore i use it mostly for watching dvd's my dad actually uses it more than i do since he got sum old doo wop dvds from timelife.

sumtimes he takes it to my uncles house and leaves it in the trunk overnight.i worry that the cold air will leave it moist in the morning and fuck it up.so ama tell him to bring it in the house as soon as he gets home from now on.

i payed 340 for it and don't want no problems.

You shouldn't have a problem out of it. If anything your lense will just get moist it takes a few hours to clear.

mines is the one that came with gran turismo 3 in the orange box.......i don't use it that much either....maybe 2 or 3 times a week or so but still its a piece of shit......same thing happend with my original playstation it workd good for about a year or two then its garbage...i hate it

i use mine everyday, i keep it in my backpack and in the car most of the time...out of 7 days, only 2 of those days its sitting in the house untouched, the other 5 its getting transported here ,there...
