Does anybody know if you can use cubase vst plug ins and instruments on nuendo?

Yes, they are made by the same company. As last I checked you can use all native plugins on nuendo.

dope i was curious cause i got em but i cant figure out how to get nuendo to recognize them you know anything bout that?

You have to put the vsti .dll file in the VstPlugins directory. Then it ought to recognize them. There are some incredible synths and samplers out there, and in my opinion, are a lot more powerful than current standalone 'hardware' synths.
