Question About Mayor- Real Nigga Season

On a couple of the songs on this CD, there is a rapper featured named Bad Luc. I know the spelling is different, and we all know how rappers are well known for their spelling accuracy, but I was wondering if it is the same Bad Lucc from the Western Union group on Snoop Dogg's label? Any help would be appreciated.
