Question about J-Mac "Boss hoggin"

I got a question. Somebody is trying to sell a CD-R of the album at Ebay now, the seller says the original version goes for upwards of $800-$1000 dollars. Here is the link:

The album was released on Pup Dog Records from Little Rock. This album was reviewed in Murder Dog, but I don`t remember what kind of grade it got. I have only heard one track by this dude, it`s "Let tha dogs out!" from the Southern XXX-posure-compilation. I wasn`t too impressed, but here it is:

Have any of you heard this album?? Why is it so expensive?? Is it extremely dope, or just extremely rare??

everything on Pup Dog Records is rare and sells decent. the J-Macc happens to be the hardest to find album on that label. i don't think it's because it's super tight .. it's just collectors see the label and it's the hardest one to come across so it flies.

Old thread, but I found this album in the Request-thread (thanks 2 ThaG!), it was quite dope, but I wouldn`t have paid $800-$1000 dollars for it haha.

Yeah it's by far the worse album out of the 4 released on Pup Dog Records, the other 3 are all classics from beginning to end IMO, while J-Mac ain't all that good.
