heres some history.........
me and my boss dont like each other.i told her how i felt about her and her management skills.she wrote me up a few weeks back for calling in too much and leaving work early.from that point on she knew how i felt.she cut my hours prior to that,i asked her why and she didnt give me an answer.thats pretty much were this stems from.............
tuesday she called me in the office again.she had a write up in her hand.she told me "why dont you save yourself the hassle of this write up and a bad referral (which is a against the law) and just leave,quit".i told her i aint quittin.she went on to say "i want you to quit","leave","get out of here".she said i aint happy here and i go around stirring up bad water about here and the company,i told her that no one really likes her and its not just me and they wont tell her that cus there scared of her,she said hah thats a joke,i told her shes kidding her self.she again told me to quit..........
she went and talked to the district manager and he said just to write me up and any more write ups wil result in suspension up to termination.she opened her mouth and before she could speak i told her "i aint gonna quit cus YOU wants me too"...............
so heres where my harrassment question is...........
the next day there was an all staff meeting.i didnt go cus i never do.but when i went to get my check that night a couple of guys that went told me what it was about.it was pretty much all about me but non-direct.she was sayin how "this employee wont quit cus he thinks i want him to quit,hah go figure".sayin how i always talk bad about her and the company and saying shes unproffessional.talkin bout no more mrs' nice manager and pretty much she was pissed..............is that a form of harassment? talkin about me infront of everybody but not saying my name..............
then my acting supervisor calls me and tells me that she (boss) said im only working one day a week now.so obviosly she wants me outta there............
at that job they wont fire you because they gotta pay unemployment.i know that from another supervisor.thats fine but that bitch done already broke hella rules.she said she'll give me a bad referral,but thats against the law.when she interviewed me she asked if i had a car,the bitch obviously dont know the laws...........
if that is harrament,what should i do.i already caled h.r. and made a complaint about her threatening me with with a bad refferal but h.r. was pretty much on her side..............the ignorant ass h.r. lady didnt even know of the law...........
