Im not sure I understand this whole FTI thing...Is this really sincere? Why isn't Anghellic up for download? I find it somewhat ironic that there is a song titled FTI on the album talking about being able to download the album on the tech site. Yet this very album is not up for download on their site. I was just listening to the album and this popped into my head. Any thoughts?

I don't mean this in a bad way, but sometimes stuff on the website moves slow. the folks at strange have a lot of shit to do. AP is there for download, I think that shows their commitment. boy, if you bought the Anghellic re-release, why you worried anyway?

Hey Fuckoff one of the reasons for the FTI movement is that we should be able to download the music to see if we like it. And I love tech n9ne this post is in no way to talk bad about him or bad mouth the FTI movement. Im just saying why is there a track called FTI on the cd, and remember one of FTI's big things is file sharing on the internet. But you cant download this album on the site. Just seems like if the whole file sharing boosted sales why isnt the same tactic being used on this Anghellic release?

You can download Anghellic.......the ripping group WCR ripped it a week before the album came out. Strange and MSC definatly don't have anything against file sharing, obviously, but you gotta remember this is a re-release and the push for this album isn't going to be as big as what was done for Absolute Power. The focus is still on Absolute Power, that's the NEW cd. I think making Anghellic available for download on therealtechn9ne.com would just take away from the attention m80, msc and strange have worked so hard on building up for Absolute Power. Don't get it twisted, FTI is for the people, but it's also a marketing concept. And the reason FTI isn't on Absolute Power is....the whole FTI idea didnt come about until a few months after the release. All 3 of the new songs were recorded in the short time after the Absolute Power release. So having FTI on Anghellic and not making Anghellic available to download isn't contradicting yourself. It's just going a different route with the promotion of it.

You also gotta remember that FTI goes way beyond having an album available for download on the internet.....it's about the state of the music industry as a whole. The sub-par albums that multi-platinum selling artists just spew out and expect people to go buy then freak out when they see it not selling so well and want to blame it on YOU for downloading it, when accually the blame is on them for putting out a bullshit album. Remember that.
