I'm not car audio savvy at all, so sorry if this is the simplest shit ever. But anyway, once in a blue moon i hear this anoying ass rumbling coming from my subs. I kinda tinker with my wires a bit and it stops.

What's goin on? Faulty wires? Thanks.

if all else fails, just get a ground loop isolator, hook up your rcas into it and the ones that are in the ground loop isolator, hook those into your amp. There should be no more hiss or any noise. It doesnt cost more than 20.00

yea... fuck hissing and whining and thumping of the sub...

i remember my shit was so fucked up one time, the sub was picking up the noise from the amplifier fan, so i got a drum beat that went with the fan like WHU WHU WHU WHU over and over again... lol
